When I started looking for a wedding photographer I was honestly clueless. I stumbled across Abby on Instagram and was immediately hooked. Her photos look like they’re straight out of a wedding or elopement magazine. She embraces everything the desert has to offer and just runs with it. Not one of her couples looks the slightest bit forced or nervous. And let me tell you, after meeting Abby I totally understand why. From the moment she started shooting it was like being with one of your oldest friends who just happens to have a camera. 
         I didn’t have too many concerns while looking for a photographer, because I didn’t have to look far. Abby was local, COMMUNICATIVE as can be, and her prices were extremely reasonable. Spending a little more on photography was something I was willing to do from the get go but I never felt like I was “spending more” with her services. She so graciously included an engagement session in our package and was extremely helpful in choosing how many hours/what we should go with as far as planning. 
My husband and I both agree that choosing Abby as our wedding photographer was probably the best decision next to marrying each other. Her photography is incredible. She made absolute magic out of two of the most awkward human beings. I spend hours at a time revisiting our photos and laughing (and crying) about the memories in that very moment because she captured them so well. She was so sweet and flexible dealing with our local wildfire closures, Covid restrictions, and my crazy family on wedding day. She was always game to drive or hike wherever, encouraged us to take a walk on the wild side (in the Salt River) and even chauffeured us from our house (minor pit stop between ceremony and reception) and was an absolute DOLL about everything. My only regret was that I couldn’t spend more time with her at our wedding because the gal WORKED her tail off. 
         My advice for those who may be considering Abby as their wedding photographer is stop looking now. Hurry up and give her a call, send her a message, plan your wedding around her schedule if you must. She is the absolute BEST there is in AZ.
